ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻、新型コロナウィルスによるパンデミック、地震などの自然災害による影響など、現代企業経営は絶えず何らかの直接的、間接的な脅威に晒されながら行われるものとなる。

そんななかで、「レジリエンス」（強靭性や回復力など）の概念とその応用が今まで以上に重要となり、とりわけグローバルビジネスにおいてはM&A&A（企業買収・合併、提携）を戦略的に応用することにより、立体・重層的な「ポートフォリオ」を形成し「レジリエンス」を強化することが一層重要となってきている。

本論文は、ケース研究を通じて以下の点を主として掘り下げている。

・「レジリエンス」とは何か、関連研究が始められた背景と現状はどうか、

ケース対象企業はどのようにしてM&A&Aを戦略的に応用し、「ポートフォリオ」と「レジリエンス」を形成しているのか、

・ケース対象企業からみた同族経営の強みとは何か、

現代企業経営における同族企業のプロ経営者像はどう変わってきたのか、

・約100年前に中国から東南アジアに移民した華人がどのようにして事業に成功したのか、

そして、中国ビジネスでの挫折から何を悟り、どのようにして新たなグローバル展開を行っているのか、

・前掲ケース研究と合わせ、ケース対象企業が日本企業とのビジネスやM&A&Aから日本の経営者が得るべき示唆と何か、

A woman holding an anti-war sign ran onto the set of a Russian evening news programme on the state-controlled Channel 1 on Monday evening.

The sign, clearly visible behind the presenter, read "no war, stop the war, don't believe the propaganda, they are lying to you here".

Russian TV news is tightly controlled by the Kremlin and only reflects the Russian version of events in Ukraine.
